Ricky: Operations Team: Special Projects and Events Specialist 

We aim to support ministry leaders and missionaries in the U.S. and around the world as they disciple and develop new disciples and leaders. Through coaching, praying, collaborating, serving, and even editing training materials, we will help "unstick" individuals, teams, and whole movements!

We will also engage in local mission by praying and following God's lead in connecting with believers and those far from God, training up other disciple-makers, and starting Discovery Bible Studies as the Lord gives opportunity.
